Roof Replacement, Fascia Repair & Exterior Painting
Shopped around for a roofer who could handle some tricky roof geometry and some rotting facia. Three other vendors quoted extra to fix our roof because of the odd shape over the kitchen. None of the other three wanted to do anything other than fix the roof. JP came in with a solid quote, a solid timeline and had the team to do all the work I needed. They worked quickly and cleanly to install a new roof, repair a leak, and fix other small areas. I did need to call them back because they forgot about one small fix, but they were there the next day and got it done. I highly recommend them.
Screened Porch with Cedar Privacy Planks
JP Exteriors turned our boring back porch into a shady oasis and we are thrilled. Matt and Larry were friendly and very professional throughout the entire process. They screened in the porch and added planks of cedar for privacy. It’s creates a resort like feel that we love. They also mounted our outdoor tv, installed two fans, and mounted our pool umbrella to the concrete. They took everything into account when helping us plan the back porch as we wanted something that would keep mosquitos out, let the breeze through, but also give us privacy. Whole-Home Hardie Siding, Gutters, Painting & Roof
JP Exteriors has been a fabulous partner for updating our home. In 2025, they took a rendering I made of the house and did a great job making it come to life, including: - new Hardie siding of the whole house with custom stained pine siding in the entryway -new gutters -painting -changing out our front porch column from dated wide brick to a cedar post -squaring off and custom finishing the bay window We had them come back and replace the roof this year, too. Both projects were quick, tidy, and easy to ask questions and make changes. They even came out after the fact and moved a gutter over slightly so we could have better access to our outdoor plug.
