After the storm tore through, I honestly didn’t know where to start. The damage was worse than I expected, and I was bracing for the headache of a lifetime. From the moment the JP Exteriors crew showed up, everything changed. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting it right — not just getting it done. They walked me through every step, explained what needed to be repaired and why, and never once made me feel like just another job on the schedule. What really blew me away was that when all was said and done, the work JP Exteriors did actually improved what was there before the storm. They spotted things I hadn’t even noticed and took care of them without being asked. The craftsmanship was top-notch, the crew was respectful of my property, and they finished on time. When I thought everything was at its worst, JP Exteriors turned it into something I’m genuinely proud of.
